We are in the midst of a great basketball we are 2-0. With two big wins especially the one against our rival school our lady of lords. The game started out slow we won the jumpball. We had no energy so coach called a timeout and he quoted one of my biggest role models john wooden "Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do". We inbounded the ball after the timeout and we had a certain charisma or chemistry on the court making shot after shot playing like how coach told us. We went on to win the game 61-25 and that was the least of it we felt good about it they because managed to scrap out a win in our last football game. On the way home I thought about game and how every shot we took had to have a certain angle and a certain amount of power behind it. I found it so interesting that no matter what you do it involves math and science. Since then I have been making connections for every thing. I have been researching alot of stuff like how to get your shoes to stick better. The most said thing was "Clean the bottom of basketball shoes often with a damp cloth. Basketball shoes used for indoor playing should never be worn outdoors. Even when they are only worn inside, they attract loose dust and dirt very easily." Some of the stuff I already new so I kept looking and thinking what could improve my game and thought of the two free throws I missed. The clank of the rim rang through my ears like the final buzzer. The website emphasized several things but what I thought interested "Mental Aspects of Shooting Free Throws The great philosopher Yogi Berra once said,"90% of this game is 50% mental." I think that when it comes to free throw shooting, Yogi was underestimating the mental aspects. We must appreciate how difficult it is to stand at the free throw line, knowing that everyone is watching you, and make a free throw." This was so cool and if you need help this helps a lot I have really took into consideration what this website has said. I used to be a three out of ten type shooter to a six or seven out of ten free throw which helps my team a lot when I can get easy points. I suggest that you do what I say a lot for kids to enjoy basketball and get better you need to put the fun in FUN-damentals and also do stuff that you enjoy to do because you can't give one hundred percent to some thing you don't love.
